We are selling our online course website which we have had for almost two years. We have just filed company accounts (which is being run on a SE basis) so we have all proof of turnover/profit etc. The business is based on reselling so we resell online courses to customers for more than what we bought from our supplier.
This company would suit someone interested in online courses or from an education background. It can be run from anywhere in the country as all processes are remote. It would also suit someone who would like to take a ready made, website, with over 2,000 mailing list, sales already made both on hotcourses, through SEO, reed and a few more online platforms. This has the potential to grow and compete with other leading companies.
Reason for sale is that we no longer have time for this company as we have two other companies which are more suited to our specialist areas.
Turnover for 2018/19 was just over 7,000 with a £360.00 net profit.
Costs which are mandatory are: Website £500-750 incl SSL and wordpress hosting.
Sales on reed could be a lot more potentially if all 900-1000 courses are uploaded. At the moment we only have 200 listed. We have a really good relationship with our course supplier. Google analytics are set up and our website is all set up and looks great!
We are very open to offers.
