PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Recently extended and fully refurbished ETSU can now cater for over 90 covers.  The interior is furnished with loose chairs, tables of various sizes and some booth seating, the floor is part tile and part polished wood.  To create an authentic Japanese atmosphere there is a wide range of Asian and Japanese memorabilia on display.  Also located within the restaurant is a separate Sushi bar serving a wide range of dishes.

The bar servery is well positioned near the entrance of the restaurant and is equipped with refrigerated bottle beer and wine cabinets, a coffee machine and an EPOS till.

The toilet facilities are unisex with 4 cubicles with a separate accessible toilet.

Kitchen

The restaurant’s kitchen is immaculate due to its regular 6 monthly deep clean and is fully equipped with up-to-date equipment which include a fryer station, a cooker top, a dishwash and glass washing area.  The kitchen meets all industry and local authority standards and presently holds the maximum 5* merit award from Liverpool City Council.

Shop

Located inside the restaurant is a self-contained retail shop selling Japanese food, drinks, crockery and gift sets.

Outside Terrace

The well maintained outside terrace area can accommodate over 50 covers and is well furnished with loose tables and chairs.  This area is very popular in the summer months.
