Butchers shop for sale
The butcher's shop is currently for sale, with all equipment, like fixtures and fittings, included in the sale. This arrangement will allow the new owner to commence trading from Easter bank hoilday.
The current lease for the shop will end on Easter weekend (end of March) which is also when I plan to stop trading. The new owner will need to negotiate a new lease and rent agreements with the landlord,(They live above the premises). This shop is always bustling with activity.
Unfortunately, due to retirement, I've had to make the difficult decision to close the shop. However, it would bring me great joy to see the business continue under new ownership. The trade is indeed thriving for those willing to put in the necessary effort. This is something both my son and I have invested heavy effort into for quite a number of years.
