TRAINING & MANAGEMENT

No industry experience is necessary. In depth training and continuous support will be provided on all aspects of starting and running your location, along with procedures, systems and advice. Full support will always be provided to ensure the best possible success and future for all team members working with us, your training will consist of you working with experienced team members to help you quickly gain the experience and knowledge needed to take care of your own branch, after this time support will never cease, ensuring the continuous and expanding success of your location and all team members involved. For the right people the success of the branch will reap financial rewards along with a fun, friendly, exciting and secure working future.

INVESTMENT COSTS

You do not need to provide your own finances to partner with us. The amount of investment will vary depending on what you have available to offer, this will only mean you will own a lower percentage of the business at first. We recognise sweat equity as a vital part of any venture so don't let a lack of capital deter you, the right work ethic is valued over capital investment. You may already have a company or be self employed, in this case we'd be happy to negotiate for your company or business to join us.

Our total addressable market is the UK with more than a £23.2bn market per year, there are over 5.7 million SME's in the UK and that number is growing annually. Our serviceable market will vary based on location, in Hull for example, there are around 22,000 businesses, if they spend as little as £400pa that's an 8.8million market per year. Our obtainable market, if we capture just 6% of the market which based on this example is 1320 businesses, this would give us a gross revenue of £528,000pa. The market is currently growing, our predictions are that it will continue to do so due to the popularity of people choosing self employment as their career choice with the growing unemployment and redundancies.

GROW TOGETHER

As the group grows with more locations so will our marketing budget, which will increase the success of each individual location, which in turn will increase the marketing budget, helping us increase in numbers and so on. This along with the help of support, advice and low supplies and labour costs all help towards us growing the business locally too.
