The business has been in current vendors hands for just over 1 year and now only comes to the market due to family commitments. During this time they have already established a sound customer base with excellent reviews received on Trip Advisor (5*) and Google Reviews (4.1*).

THE PREMISES: The double fronted ground floor premises, comes to the market in excellent condition having been refitted in 2022. On entering the restaurant there is a serve over counter with the main cooking area directly behind this which includes a charcoal grill and full catering extraction.  Adjacent to the cooking area is a separate room which is used for food preparation and has a washing up area. The vendors have confirmed all fixture and fittings are owned outright by them and nothing is on hire or lease. There is a large seating area at the rear of the premises which is currently used as a shisha lounge and provides seating for 80 covers.

TURNOVER: We are informed that the business currently averages £3,500 per week and is run by the vendor with the assistance of 1 full time and 1 part time staff member. The restaurant trades 7 days a week between 5pm-12pm. Delivery orders are currently fulfilled by Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.     

TENURE: The premises is held on a full repairing and insuring lease at a current rental of £12,000 per annum and has 1 years remaining on the lease. The current vendor also pays an additional £3,600 per annum to use the garden at the rear. The lease is fully renewable and a new lease can be granted.
