We are an established property management business, a successful existing franchise of the UK's leading full-service short-let property management agency.
We have a growing client base of around 40 property owners who trust us to manage their houses in Exeter and surrounding areas, using short-letting sites such as Airbnb and Booking.com. At any one time, we'll have 30-35 active properties.
