The shop is established from June 2022. The tenancy/lease expires end May 2025. The location is a prime location in the centre of St Austell, White River Place. Other shops surrounding us are TK Max, Boots, Argos, White River Cinema, Costa Coffee.
C&Z Oriental Food is the only shop in St Austell where you can buy oriental food.
The annual turnover has increased, due to repeat customers and footfall. During summer tourist season the footfall is more increased.
