Located on the busy Hagley Road. The reason I am selling is because i feel like its time for me to move on and I need a change. I have owned this business for 5 years. We open 12-10pm everyday but we have a licence to serve till 2am. We only sell soft drinks, snacks, alcohol, cigarettes and vapes. So someone could easily start stocking groceries and open in the morning to boost sales. We also have a Uber delivery machine and a paypoint machine.
This shop is well known in the area for our insane selection and hide to find spirits. We import american spirits and sell them with a 40-50% profit margin on them. I am more than happy to provide the new owner will all of the connections I have made over the years to ensure that the business will continue to thrive. I am also willing to sign all of our social media accounts over to the new owner where we have alot of followers and a decent amount of celebrity followers.
The rent is £22,000 a year but the lease comes with a 3 bedroom flat upstairs and I currently get £1100 pcm for it. So the rent for the building only costs me around £700 a month.
