Mini Dutch Pancake (Poffertjes) pop up stall for sale in Dorset
We are The Pancake Factory Limited - sellers of fresh Poffertjes with a variety of super tasty toppings.
The business started trading in April 2023 at Wareham market and we participated in numerous events all over Dorset to great success throughout the summer. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I am unable to continue trading.
The sale will include the stall itself (which also has a counter-top and weights), tailor made from Italy with the highest quality fireproof materials. Logos also printed on. The company name/shares if required. The cooking tray and utensils, tables, petrol 750W generator with soundproof box (makes a big difference), stock, mobile electric fridge-freezer. It's a great and professional setup that's received many a compliment during it's all-too-brief trading stint!
The stall takes about 20 minutes to setup in total and I can show you how it's done (very simple). I transport everything in an older Volvo XC60 so all of the equipment will easily fit in a van.
No major online presence but a Facebook account has been setup. Contacts in Dorset Council and Food Hub will be provided, including options to trade at Sherborne and Shaftesbury markets, which are very popular.
This is a really cool, niche business that will absolutely excel with the right owner. It's ready to go straight away.
