• Established, Profitable Mobile Bar Business for sale (in confidence) with wedding bookings for 2024 worth approximately £30000 currently in place. More will of course follow from existing and new enquiries. There are also a couple of wedding bars booked for 2025 so far. More bookings will come in for 2024 and you can choose as few or as many as you want.  Previously when run full time we have taken over £150000 with high profits. For 2023 this has been run part-time, however full time again is possible immediately by quoting for and accepting new bookings.

• As an example, a standard litre bottle of vodka/gin will generate £136  gross profit alone.  Drinks and particularly spirits have very high margins.

• You would be buying a UK registered Limited Company with everything included to start immediately. As we've run this successfully for many years, a lot of business comes from recommendations and we're on the preferred supply list for venues and with other wedding industry suppliers. We have previously run bars in Cheshire, Wales, Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Wirral, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Midlands, Leicestershire & Cumbria, however usually most are within a 50 mile radius of Cheshire & North Wales. This business is fully relocatable though and includes everything you need.  

• To date we've run in excess of 500 wedding & event bars in tipis, marquees, barns, houses, garages, inflatable pubs, gazebos, stables, halls, fields, gardens & venues. With the equipment available you can run a bar pretty much anywhere. 

• The easiest option is to just run 1 bar at a time and this will give you a good income. For several years we sometimes ran 3 bars at different locations on the same day and had 3 vans. The equipment provided here will allow 3 bars at once, but it is hard work and involves a lot of planning. This is not a get rich quick scheme, however will provide a very decent income and let you have plenty of time off at various times in the year.  

• You will not need any previous experience, as we can teach you everything you need to know and can help run the first event with you if it helps. The chances are we have seen everything before and can prevent many mistakes, saving you a fortune from setting this up from scratch. There's quite a lot to run through and take in. 

• There are a few reasons for sale as we've relocated to a very rural location, want a lifestyle change and to slow down a bit. Covid period excluded, we ran this full time, but have in recent years run this part time to suit, turning down many bookings. To run this full time again simply means quoting for and accepting more bookings.

• We've previously rented a warehouse (2000 sq. ft), however have also run from a storage unit & from home in a garage. It all depends whether you want to run it part or full time and how many events at a time . We ran this full time for a number of years and were really busy for 6 months of the year, with the other months having 1 or 2 bars. The remainder allowed us to catch up and have extended holidays.  

• More equipment is available with this sale than you'll ever need and you'll be instantly ready to go. We will also advise of exactly what and what quantity of stock you'll need to take to events. Everything you'll need to know will be passed on.

• The following are actual physical items included as a minimum (although there are so many, some will have been missed out):

- Glassware for wedding drinks packages. Over 2000 glasses comprising of wine, flutes, 1/2 pint, pint, water glasses & jugs/carafes. These are stored in 'glassjack crates' and there are about 30-40 of them (each crate empty usually costs £12 to buy new). We've also brand new and boxed glassware included. 

- Draught dispense equipment and couplings. 1x  Lindr machine with 2 lines (portable and no gas needed),  1 x Heineken Blade unit, 1 x Heineken/Birra Moretti 'David unit' (worth £1200 and no gas needed), 2 x hand pulls for ales with Caskwidge attachments, 2 x Jägermeister tap machines, each for 3 bottles (serves quickly at -18C). 

- 6 x Folding Wooden bars (great for serving and very practical)

- 3 x Folding black bars with back bar

- 2 x folding 6 foot tables and table cloths (1 branded)

- Chrome Barriers x 6

- Tills x 2

- Zettle & Sum Up Card readers x 4 (perfect for taking card payments). Accounts for these are already setup and require no monthly subscriptions. 

- 2 x Glass fronted double fridges (1 in a heavy duty flight case)

You'll need the following: 

- A van (as big or larger than a standard Transit). We do have a van available that could be included with the sale (Renault Trafic) and can show you exactly how to load it properly for maximum space. 

- Space to store all of the equipment. If you haven't now, then a storage company will have a suitable sized unit. Some even offer office space, meeting rooms, postal services & a forklift all within the rent. These places are a great way to start and very flexible.
