LOCATION

THE BUSINESS

Our client took over the business in 2016, which had traded as City Sandwich for approximately 15 years prior, and the business is therefore extremely well established in this location.

The business sells a good selection of breakfast and lunch dishes such as breakfast rolls, filled rolls, sandwiches, toasties, paninis, baked potatoes etc as well as soups and specials, all of which are fresh and handmade.  The business also sells a good selection of coffees, teas, soft drinks, cakes and home baking.

The business enjoys a loyal and regular clientele derived from the many surrounding offices and businesses as well as benefitting from tourism and the nearby hotels.

Our client currently runs the business to suit themselves and only trades Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm and run it completely on their own with no other staff.  It is felt that the business would benefit from slightly longer opening hours as well as with additional staff, particularly at busy mornings and lunchtimes which would allow for a much higher volume of business to be carried out.
