I am selling a well established Window Cleaning Round in Orpington, Kent. The business has been established since 1992. All work is done by Reach & Wash. The average price per house is £25.00. This doesn't include all the many monthly additional extras I pick up ranging from Fascia & Soffitt, Gutter and Patio Cleaning. The work value equates to £ 3,000.00 worth of work being cleaned Monthly / Bi Monthly schedule. On a typical day targets of £400.00 can be easily achieved. This is my first attempt to sell this business as I am now looking to semi retire after 32 years in the job. I feel the price of £25,000.00 is a very reasonable price to ask. The work is very tight and sound and has been cared for and nurtured over many years. Please no time wasters.
