Our Café & Deli is situated in a village which has great community support. It is very popular for passing trade due to its location with a Co-op, hairdressers and a convenience store on the parade. We are within half a mile of an industrial estate and surrounded by a large housing estate. We partner with JustEat to provide a delivery service within a 2.5 mile radius of the Café which can be extended by the new owners if they wish. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 2pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm, closed Sundays. Again there is scope to open longer hours and Sundays. Sunday lunches isn'T something we'Ve been able to incorporate but I imagine would go down well within the community and on JustEat. We also provide occasional catering and business breakfast, lunches, meeting & training buffets. We have strong relationships with businesses who regularly use us which I am certain will continue with the next owners.
In the café we can seat 26, in the front we have a good sized cold preparation area, in the back we have a large kitchen with an extension at the rear as well as a separate 40f container for storage. Everything that is in the café is included in the sale except items that are on rental/lease (Coffee machine & Till)
Accounts are available on request for serious enquiries as well any further assistance that may be required during or after the sale.
Overall it'S a good profitable business with lots of potential for the person/people.
