The barbershop/cocktail bar has been established for one year in Eastbourne. It is located in an excellent position on the Waterfront at Sovereign Harbour. The area is well-served with public transport links from the town centre.
The sale is for the leasehold of the business at £50,000 or your nearest offer. The sale includes the fixtures and fittings. During the week, the barbershop is open nine am - six pm, and Sunday, we are open 10 - four pm. The cocktail bar can be open on the weekends from six pm - 12 am.
