Tlc medi spa, is a modern day spa set in the heart of Letchworth garden city. We are just behind the main town centre. We offer a wide range of treatments and our a unique business to the area we offer our facilities. We have been Tlc medi spa since 2016 and over the years have maintained an incredible customer data base. We currently have four treatment rooms at the top of our building and one room downstairs that is currently being used for storage. Our reception area is a calm and relaxing environment which allows our customers/ clients to feel welcome in our establishment. We have one room we dedicate to Laser hair removal that has been refurbished for this. Each room has its own unique theme with accent colours that our customers love. Each room has its own set of treatments and helps us to maintain an easy timetable throughout the day. The staff room is located next to our staff bathroom and is fully equipped for all our staff members to use throughout their breaks. Outside the back of our business, we have a small area that may be used to park a small car. Our stock room is also fully equipped to allow us to withhold and clean and safe environment with the use of washing machine and tumble dryer. Our stock is well organised throughout the spa and has multiple products we offer as retail. We currently have three main social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and tik tok that has allowed us to connect with new customers of the younger generation whilst also showing off the amazing treatments we offer. The front of the spa has been professionally signing written with all of the treatments we offer.
