TRADE AREAS

There are two principal trading areas: PUBLIC BAR, an attractive room in two sections with an open fireplace with cast iron solid fuel burner installed.  The room has tiled floor throughout and assorted seating for 30 customers. The room is catered for by a fully equipped bar servery which has panelled frontage and is interconnecting with the lounge bar servery. The LOUNGE BAR is a well appointed room with boarded floor, fixed and loose seating for up to 24 customers and counter from central bar servery.  Both these rooms have bay windows to the front elevation which provide great views across to the south and the Shropshire Hills beyond.  

Off the Inner Hallway are a set of LADIES and GENTLEMEN’S TOILETS.

The CATERING KITCHENS are not fully furnished but are very spacious and are fitted in three good sections.  The main catering kitchen has non slip flooring and fully tiled.  Adjacent are good size PREPARATION and FREEZER ROOMS.

Arranged as follows: DOMESTIC LOUNGE which has beamed walls and ceiling.  BATHROOM with suite of wash hand basin, WC and bath with shower over.  BEDROOM 1 and 2 are interconnecting and both of double size.  BEDROOM 3 and 4 interconnect, are both doubles and there is an en suite BATHROOM between them with suite of wash hand basin, WC and bidet.  

EXTERNAL 
To the front of the property is a BEER PATIO with ‘A’ frame picnic bench seats for customer use during the Summer months.  There is hard standing CAR PARK with space for approximately 18 vehicles.  Enclosed PRIVATE GARDEN to the rear.
