Leasehold Busy Cafe for sale in shopping centre Bedford

Busy cafe for sale

The cafe was established in 2011 in Bedford, Bedfordshire. It is a shopping centre location with public transport links. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away and the train station is 300 metres away.

There is no direct competition but, there is a Starbucks franchise in the area. We offer food that is different from theirs. For sale is the leasehold of the business at £120,000 or your nearest offer.

The sale includes tables, chairs, all equipment, and a big washing-up area. The business is ready to go. The stock will be sold at a valuation. It is a retirement sale and the business will benefit from a new owner to take it to the next level and introduce fresh ideas.

The current opening hours are 8:30 pm- 5:30 pm - six days a week). The Sunday timing is 9:30 pm- 4:30 pm (shopping centre opening hours). We have a staff of four employees.

We are neither on social media nor do we have a website. We have not partnered with food delivery platforms yet so there is massive scope for expansion here.

We are willing to offer training opportunities to the new owners for as long as they need to help them get on their feet.
