Well-established Mediterranean restaurant for sale
The restaurant has been established six years in Chorleywood Hertfordshire. I have owned it for 3-4 months. Nearby is the Chorleywood underground station, bus routes links, businesses and retailers.
There are not many restaurants in the area. The sale is for the leasehold of the business. The new lease is for 15 years. I would like to sell the business for £150,000 or your nearest offer.
The sale includes all fixtures and fittings. The weekly turnover is £7000. It has been increasing over time. The reason behind the sale is that my business partner's commute has become an issue.
