The car dealer and MOT service were established in 2013 - (moved into this premises in September 2020). It is in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. It is on the main street with the bus station and train station are nearby. The healthy competition attracts a lot of targeted footfall as there are a lot of franchise dealerships and garages nearby.
The station is fully equipped and furnished and the sale includes 140 cars spaces, an MOT station, service station, five ramps, tyre machine,2/3 offices, lights set-up/showroom. It has central heating and air conditioning. We also have a website of our own.
The yearly turnover of the business is approximately £2,500,000. Last year's turnover was £1.4 million, and now it has risen to £2.5 million.
The current opening hours are 8:30 am - six pm, Monday to Friday. The Saturday timings are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 - 3:00 pm (7 days a week). We have a staff of seven employees at the moment.
We are willing to offer training opportunities to the new owners.
