It is a growing business with the potential to get bigger as we only open in the evenings at present. We are the only burger takeaway restaurant in town. So, there is virtually no competition.
The burger shack has been established for two years in Bexhill, East Sussex. The Bexhill train station is very close by, located in the town centre near the coast.
The sale is for the leasehold of the business at £100,000, or your nearest offer. The sale includes all fixtures and fittings. The stock will be sold separately at a valuation.
The yearly turnover is approximately £210,000. There has been an increase in turnover over the years. The current opening hours are four pm - 10 pm: Monday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday the timings are four pm - 11 pm. We have five PAYE employees.
We have a Facebook presence and a website. We have also partnered with food delivery platforms like Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats.
