Hilton Smythe welcomes to the market Gilfreds, a turnkey business which was established by our clients, who are looking to retire, in 2003.
Originally an A La Carte Restaurant, due to our clients impending semi-retirement, the business is now open every Sunday for a popular carvery lunch, which has regulars throughout the year and holiday makers at the higher seasons. During the school summer holidays and Easter school holidays the restaurant is also open.
The restaurant is fully licenced and has a 5* hygiene rating and is rated highly by many returning local diners, who also book for Christmas dinner.
Gilfreds does not have a website and business can be increased by opening 6 or 7 days a week
Hilton Smythe highly advise early viewing to avoid disappointment.
