Purple Holly is an established business selling home and garden gifts and accessories online and via a gift shop. We source from a variety of leading UK and European brands including Wrendale Designs, Portmeirion, Dartington Crystal, Orla Kiely, Fallen Fruits, Stolze Lausitz and Villeroy & Boch.
Offered in the sale is the stock, social media platforms, marketing database and established e-commerce platform. We sell via the Purple Holly website and third party platforms including Amazon and Ebay through Purple Holly and Lets Buy Gifts. In addition all warehouse and office furniture could be included in the sale negotiations.
We operate from a 2,000 square foot (including mezzanine) warehouse based in Lincoln, UK. This is a leasehold arrangement which could be transferred if required. Purple Holly is currently managed and operated by between 2-3 employees and has been in existence for over 13 years.
Over the years we have grown our business and our turnover growth from 2022-23 to 2023-24 increased by over 16%, and we are forecasting similar growth figures in the coming financial year. This was achieved in part with investment in a new e-commerce platform and improved market analysis software.
