We have been trading since 2016 as a family run South Indian / Sri Lankan catering and food delivery business with a established customer base of 400 customers in the Milton Keynes and surrounding area. We reduced trading during Covid due to restrictions and would now like to sell our kitchen and equipment as well as hand over our customers to a new owner who can maximise the opportunity of this space.
The large leashold location contains a catering space with a two gas catering hobs (9 and 6 burners respectively), as well as additional rooms that we currently use for office and storage and a built in toilet in the space.
The kitchen comes equipped with a double door fridge and catering sized freezer, commercial 4 tray steamer as well as additional equipment we used to produce Sri Lankan delicacies.
All equipment fixtures and fittings are included in the sale, enabling a new owner to start trading immediately.
There are two allocated parking spots for employees to use.
