We have been in business for five years. Unfortunately, due to ill health and the need to relocate, we have made the difficult decision to sell.
Throughout these years, our business has proven to be highly profitable. The brand is one that is well-recognized and highly regarded by the locals.
In addition to the main business premises, our lease also includes a flat. We have been letting the rooms in this flat individually, which has provided an additional source of income. This income has been used to offset our rent payments to the landlord. As a result, we are currently only paying £370 in rent per month. This figure is derived from the £1550 income we receive from the flat, subtracted from the total rent of £1920 per month.
We also pay £60 per month for the property rates.
For those interested in taking over, we are more than happy to secure a full 15-year lease for the new tenant.
Our current weekly turnover is 7500 per week.
