A well-established, attractive cafe/general essentials shop is for sale in Hurst Green, Lancashire. We are on a central road in an affluent village, on a bus route and on the famous walker's site Tolkien Trail.
The business has been established for 11 years, and I have owned this business for four years.
Being the only shop within a 10-mile radius, there is little or no local competition, which generates perfect business. The leasehold price is to be announced, the current turnover is available on request, and accounts will be available. The sales include all the fixtures and fittings of the shop.
Post-covid, the business has been improving and gaining traction again.
