Klassic Kilts is situated just off Dalkeith High Street in the famous Midlothian town of Dalkeith. Dalkeith is the administrative centre for Midlothian. An inviting front entrance retail space and an office and storage space to the rear of the property make the shop a workable space.
We have a fantastic customer base, many repeat customers, and an excellent reputation for quality and customer service within the Highland Wear Hire & Sales and Kilt Making Industry.

The crux of our business is the hire & sales of complete kit outfits for weddings & events. Bespoke Made to Measure Outfits can also be purchased in many Tartans, Tweeds and more. We also have customers who come to us from other regions in Scotland, different parts of the UK, and Overseas.
The current leasehold price is £18,000 per annum. Our trading hours are from Monday to Wednesday from 10 am to five pm, Thursday from 10 am to six pm, Friday from 10 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday from 10 am to four pm, and Sunday - Closed. We have a staff of four employees working with us part-time. The business is easily relocatable and can be provided with support and training.
