PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

On entering the restaurant an internal spiral staircase leads up to a lavishly furnished lounge, with décor comprising of grey leather chesterfield sofas, bar stools and low glass topped tables. The floor is carpeted throughout.

There is a bar servery in the lounge for before and after meal drinks and cocktails. The servery is well equipped with bottled beer and wine cooling cabinets, an ice maker and EPOS tills.

Access to the main dining area is via the spiral staircase which leads into the restaurant and can cater for approximately 120 covers. The furnishings in this area of also of top quality and comprise of loose tables and chairs and fixed wall seating. The floor is polished wood throughout.

The bar servery to service the restaurant is located within this area and is equipped with bottled beer and wine cooling cabinets, EPOS tills and a range of lager dispense pumps.

Ladies, Gents and Accessible toilet facilities are located at the rear of the dining area.

Kitchen Facilities

The main kitchen and prep areas are situated at the rear of the basement area and are equipped with a wide range of up-to-date catering fittings and equipment and ample storage for wet and dry foods including a number of walk-in freezers.

An administration office is also located within this area.
