This lively, wet-led pub has a rich history of 300 years. It is a great town centre music venue. The business has been established two years in Weymouth, Dorset. The sale is for the leasehold of the business. We are accepting offers in the region of £75,000. There are fixtures and fittings included in the sale. The stock will be sold at a valuation. It is free of tie lease and the pub has a private landlord. Five years of accounts are available. The sale includes two self-contained apartments upstairs, a kitchen a bathroom and a living room.
The current opening hours are four pm - two am (It can be kept open until 2:30 am), Sundays are five pm - one am, and then 12 pm - two am in the summer. A licence is available to open from 11 am, we also have a takeaway licence.
We have a staff of four employees ( two full-time / two part-time - weekend). We have a social media presence on Facebook. We are willing to offer training opportunities to the new owners with the handover.
The reason behind the sale is that it is too busy for me and my partner as we are looking to retire.
