Freehouse Pub for sale with multiple lettings and accommodations
The business has been established for over a hundred years. I have owned it for nine years. It is in Newton, Derbyshire, in the heart of England. There are local transport links nearby. There are attractions like the Five Pits Trails, Peak District Matlock and many other attractions nearby. They attract a lot of people to the area.
There is healthy competition with two pubs in the next village. There is ample business for everyone. However, there is scope for expansion as we are only open from four o'clock. You can open earlier and start serving food.
The freehold is for sale at £650,000 or your nearest offer. There are two separate deeds for property no. 80/82, you will receive the deed for both.

The yearly turnover is £600,000. It has been increasing Post- Covid lockdown, which has been improving every week. There are five letting rooms all with ensuites which we listonbooking.com. It is occupied every day.
There is a brand-new, unused self-contained apartment with its own access, with a brand new kitchen and steam shower that will bring extra monthly income. There is also my self-accommodation (a three bedroom).
